Apple sells 1m iPads in first month

Analysts Piper Jaffray have estimated that more than 300,00 3G-enabled iPads were sold in the opening weekend.

The success of the device has led to forecasts that Apple could sell 2m iPads by the end of June, generating $1bn (?0.65bn) in revenues.
