Tidal parent company, Aspiro, has applied to de-list its shares from the Stockholm Stock Exchange after Jay Z's firm, Project Panther Bidco Ltd, secures its acquisition of 95.18% of the firm.
A further application has been made by Panther for the remaining shares, Aspiro has until March 27 to “consider and accept” its offer for the company.
