Attempt to 'unwind' Eircom three-strikes rule dismissed

The Ireland Supreme Court has upheld a decision that would reportedly 'unwind' to the three-strikes rule with regards to illegal downloads that was being enforced by Irish telecoms company Eircom in conjunction with four major music companies.
