Bandier confirms Sony/ATV, EMI Publishing layoff plans but numbers 'not yet final'

Billboard.biz has obtained an email from Bandier to company staff, confirming the layoff plans but also stating that the extent of job cuts is not yet confirmed.
The EC is expected to give permission for Sony/ATV to acquire EMI Publishing today, suggesting that the proposed job cuts will go ahead.
