BASCA has voiced its support for WIN, IMPALA and AIM in the battle against YouTube for fairer terms for independent labels.
Expressing concern for non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), which could mean collecting societies can’t share the rates achieved for work with their own membership, the association has gleaned support from a number of songwriters and artists.
