BBC Worldwide acquires Beyoncé and Jay Z film, announces pre-sales of Foo Fighters doc
BBC Worldwide has secured the international TV rights to On The Run, a HBO production of Beyoncé and Jay Z on their worldwide tour, as well as announcing pre-sales to more than 45 territories of Foo Fighters documentary Sonic Highways.
On The Run is a two and a half hour special, filmed during the Paris leg of the artists’ collaborative tour and directed by Jonas Åkerlund, who also worked on Beyoncé’s videos for Superpower and Haunted.
