Ben Howard and Bombay Bicycle Club will top the bill at the first edition of Citadel, a one-day festival in London's Victoria Park on July 19. 

The event is being launched by the team behind Wilderness Festival and Superfly, co-creators of US festivals Bonnaroo and Outside Lands.
