Seven major ticketing companies have pledged to show service fees and 'hidden costs' upfront next to face value ticket price, rather than further along the purchase process at checkout.
This is following a successful campaign by Which?, launched in December, that called for ticketing agencies to show all compulsory charges upfront, and to set them at a "fair" level.
