BIS delays cost decision

BIS had been planning to release findings from its three month Online Infringement of Copyright (Initial Obligations) Cost-Sharing consultation this Friday, but has now postponed a statement.

It had been expected to stick with the 75/25 split, mooted by the Government at the end of last year and heavily criticised by the industry as being an "arbitrary" ratio arrived at by flawed thinking.
