Black Eyed Peas sued for $1m over iPhone game
The Black Eyed Peas have been hit by a $1m lawsuit by video games company Ubisoft.
The software house claims that the Peas are in breach of contract over the creation of an iOS game, which it says cost close to £150,000 to develop.
An iOS version of The Black Eyed Peas Experience - already released for Xbox 360 and Wii consoles - has been created for iPhone and iPad.
