Blunt helps EMI Publishing to regain top slot

The Charing Cross Road team, which lost its regular status as number one publisher to Universal in quarter one and BMG in quarter two, stormed back in spectacular fashion in the third quarter after capturing a 23.9% market share across singles and albums.
