BMG acquires S-Curve Records

BMG has acquired the recording and publishing assets of New York pop label S-Curve Records.
 
As part of the deal, S-Curve founder and president Steve Greenberg and his general manager Milo Pacheco will join BMG with a brief to develop the company’s mainstream pop offering.
 
New York-based S-Curve is the third US label to be acquired by BMG following Los Angeles-based Vagrant Records and Portland, Oregon’s Rise Records.
