BMG promotes Keith Hauprich to Deputy General Counsel
BMG has promoted Keith Hauprich to deputy general counsel.
New York-based Hauprich (pictured) has served as VP, business & legal affairs & A/V business development for BMG since 2010.
He played an integral role in finding new business opportunities with a focus on film and television assets; quarterbacking outside counsel inclusive of litigation; negotiating arrangements with sub-publishers; and working with joint venture partners.
