BPI chairman Tony Wadsworth CBE stepped down from his position at the BPI AGM last night (September 1).
Wadsworth spent 17 years on the Council, with 7 of those as chairman. In recognition of his service, special guest Damon Albarn presented him with an honorary BRIT Award for Outstanding Contribution.
Wadsworth announced his intention to leave the trade body in March.
