BPI will urge next government to extend creative industry tax relief

BPI chairman Ged Doherty told delegates at Westminster Media Forum’s Next Steps for the Music Industry that he will urge the next government to extend tax relief for music recording and video production.

According to M Magazine, Doherty stated that the government should be ensuring more music is recorded in the UK and exported globally.
