The MMF and FAC have announced the nominees of this year’s Breakthrough Awards.
The winner will be announced at the Artist and Manager Awards, sponsored by Spotify on November 27 at The Troxy in London.
The Breakthrough Manager nominees are: Owain Davies (Ben Howard), Zion Richards (Wretch 32, Jacob Banks, Ghost the Poet), Paul Carey (Skinny Lister), Alley Cat Management (Rizzle Kicks) and Golden Arm Management (Palma Violets, MS MR).
The Breakthrough Artist nominees are: Lianne La Havas, Jessie Ware, Madeon, Alt J, Jake Bugg and Willy Moon.
With one week to go until the awards, there are a very limited number of tickets left via www.amawards.org

Awards winners Amanda Palmer, Terry Blamey and Zane Lowe have all released personal playlists in association with Artist and Manager Awards 2012 headline sponsor, Spotify.
Terry Blamey, who has managed Kylie Minogue for the past twenty five years has put together a list of his favourite tracks including Massive Attack, Gotye and Kylie herself.
Amanda Palmer’s playlist, entitled Evil Inspiration, showcases those artists that inspired her whilst making her 2012 album, Theatre Is Evil and contains the likes of The Doors, Adam & The Ants and Philip Glass.
Meanwhile, Zane Lowe has created a ‘Class of 2013’ playlist predicting the biggest players of next year comprising of Mikill Pain, Monsta and Palma Violets, whose management company, Golden Arm, has been nominated for a Breakthrough Manager Award this year.
