The latest bookies' odds on the Mercury Music Prize have named Bright Light Bright Light as second favourite for the coveted gong, behind Alt-J's An Awesome Wave.

The last round of Paddy Power odds didn't even mention BLBL's album, but producer-cum-songwriter Rod Thomas' Make Me Believe In Hope LP is given 6/1 on the bookies' latest listings.
