BRIT Awards TV ratings up 26% on previous year

This year's BRIT Awards saw an increase of 1.2 million viewers on last year's low ratings.

In 2014, an average of 4.6m watched the awards show on ITV - the lowest figures since 2006. With duo Ant and Dec taking the presenting reins from James Corden, this year's iteration, which took place this week, had 5.8m viewers and a 26% share.
