Edgar Bronfman Jr. has left the Board of directors at Warner Music Group, with his replacement yet to be announced.
The news of the former chairman and CEO's departure was revealed in a company earnings call yesterday (May 15) morning.
A source told Billboard that Bronfman Jr played a key part in Warner's acquisition of Parlophone from EMI, which is nearing the end of the regulatory approval process.
