Rolf Budde, the boss of Berlin-based Budde Music, has been elected president of German publishing trade body Deutscher Musikverleger-Verband (DMV).

Budde will continue to lead the GEMA Committee of the DMV. His vice president will be Boosey & Hawkes, Bote & Bock MD Winfried Jacobs.
