C4 to air extended Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize coverage
TV coverage for the Barclaycard Mercury Music Prize Awards Show is to increase this year, with dedicated programmes airing on Channel 4 and on More4 for the first time.
Taking place at the Roundhouse in London on Wednesday, October 30, the event will be hosted by Lauren Laverne.
Featuring performances from many of the shortlisted artists, the evening will culminate in the announcement of the overall winner of the 2013 Barclaycard Mercury Prize for Album of the Year.
