Canada's Ole beefs up acquisition division

Canada's independent rights management company Ole has appointed Brian Holdcroft to the newly created role of vice president of acquisitions.

Based in Toronto, Holdcroft (pictured) will be reporting directly to Ed Killin, EVP acquisitions. In a statement, Killin said Holdcroft - who is a chartered professional accountant and a mergers and acquisitions professional, most recently with CBI Health Group - will help steer Ole's "aggressive expansion".
