Carlin Music pays tribute to the late Miriam Bienstock

Carlin Music has paid tribute to its co-founder, Miriam Bienstock (pictured), who died on Saturday, March 21, aged 92.

The US executive helped launch and build the independent music publisher under its current name in 1966 alongside her husband, the late Freddy Bienstock.

Prior to Carlin, Bienstock helped launch Atlantic Records in 1947, alongside Ahmet Ertegun and her then husband, Herb Abramson.
