Carlin Music Corporation, Wixen Music UK and Ole UK will join the Independent Music Publishers’ European Licensing collective (IMPEL) on October 1 2013 – increasing the one-stop shop’s indie publisher count to 25.

IMPEL has also confirmed distributions of over £10 million.
