CMA releases PRS For Music from undertakings

The Competition And Markets Authority (CMA) has come to a provisional decision in its review of undertakings given by PRS for Music to the Monopolies And Mergers Commission (MMC) in 1997.

The CMA has provisionally decided to release the undertakings, which has been welcomed by PRS for Music.
