Concord Music Group acquired by Wood Creek Capital Management LLC
Concord Music Group has been fully acquired by Wood Creek Capital Management LLC, which has purchased the firm from Village Roadshow Entertainment Group.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed, but Simon Fuller was reportedly keen on purchasing Concord for around $125m before Wood Creek swooped.
Based in Beverly Hills, California, Concord is an independent publishing company and label group.
