Councillors to vote on T in the Park site application
T in the Park organiser DF Concerts will find out today whether its bid to host this year’s festival at the Strathallan Castle estate in Perthshire has been successful.
Planning bosses at the local council have recommended approval of the proposals ahead of today's vote, subject to a number of conditions, reports the BBC.
More than 1,600 letters of objection have been sent to the authority by residents, citing concerns from local wildlife and traffic management.
