Creamfields has revealed a route to refund for all those who attended the festival, cancelled last month due to torrential rain.
Most weekend ticket options will get up to a 50% refund while Sunday-only tickets will be refunded in full, as long as they were bought from official outlets.
The festival’s organisers said in a statement, "Firstly we'd like to apologise for the delay in getting these details to you, we do understand your frustration however, there are several parties involved and it's taken a little longer than anticipated to pull all this information together, rest assured this has been a top priority for us.
"For all those people who purchased with a debit or credit card, your refund will automatically be returned to the same card the transaction came from – please allow 28 days for all refunds to be issued and we request that you keep hold of your proof of purchase until you have received your refund."
