Creative economy programme hires Hutton

The aim of the thesis, coupled with a further round of consultation with industry and other stakeholders over the next few months, will be to act as a "reality check".  The consultation will also seek further evidence to underpin the myriad issues and proposals already thrown up by the work of the CEP, which included last year's music summit.
