So far, launch projects have been confirmed for Kissy Sell Out, Black Acre Records and Extreme Music and services include providing vocalists for a wide variety of recording and live work, topline writing, vocal arranging, backing vocals, demo vocals and voiceovers.
The AR Vocal Agency has access to a pool of vocal and writing talent, with vocalists having performed live with Noisettes, Cee Lo Green, Adele, Roisin Murphy and recorded with The Prodigy and Groove Armada, to name a few.
Russell, who is also a co-worker on Herve's Cheap Thrills label and manages her own roster of artists, previously worked at Angle Management where she helped source vocalists for Groove Armada for both for recorded tracks and their live show as part of their management team which inspired the idea to launch the agency.
She said of the project: "There didn't seem to be any other companies out there doing the same thing - seeing the gap in the market I knew it was something I could deliver. I'd like the AR Vocal Agency to become the go-to place for producers and artists needing toplines."
