The new agreement further extends an eleven-year relationship between EMI and Guetta, with the DJ's first ever single Just a Little More Love having been released by Virgin Music in France back in 2001.
Guetta said of the re-signing "EMI is home to me. They believed in my music a decade ago when EDM was just an underground scene and took it to another level.

Guetta has sold more than 8 million albums and 30 million singles worldwide in his career to date, with five studio albums, 30 singles and 8 F***Me, I'm Famous compilations. The two-time Grammy Award winning artist's latest album, Nothing But The Beat - a twin sided electro and vocal album - has sold more than 2.7 million copies and 14 million singles worldwide and is certified platinum in 15 countries.
His music is a regular fixture on radio and in charts around the world and he has collaborated with some of the world's biggest stars including Rihanna, will.i.am, Usher, Chris Brown, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Sia, Madonna, Akon, Flo-Rida, Jessie J , Taio Cruz as well hotly-tipped emerging talents such as Avicii, Afrojack and Nicky Romero.
With more than 33 million fans on Facebook, 5 million Twitter followers, and close to 1.5 billion views of his videos on the web, the French DJ's digital connection and profile is indisputable. Guetta is currently working on a new version of the album featuring exclusive tracks and which will be available on August 27, the first anniversary of the original release.
