Dell launches app store
Monday, Aug 16th 2010 at 9:51AMIt has 50,000 titles currently available from www.dellmobileappstore.com and offers apps for BlackBerry and Palm handsets as well as for those running the Android, Windows Mobile and Symbian operating systems.
Apple's App Store is the market leader, with over 225,000 different apps and 5bn app downloads to date.
Google's Android Market has an estimated 100,000 apps and is reported to have delivered over 1bn app downloads.
