DJ Jon Carter sells pub chain to Young's for £10.4m

DJ Jon Carter and fellow shareholders in pub company 580 Limited have sold the chain to Young & Co. for £10.4 million.

Carter co-founded the company in 2004 and has acted as operations director while still producing music and performing as a DJ. The pubs that have been sold include The Defector’s Weld, The John Salt, The Fellow and The Owl & Pussycat.
