Electric Picnic promoter takes Festival Republic to court over "entirely unexplained" payments
Melvin Benn’s Festival Republic Dublin has been accused of making management decisions relating to Electric Picnic to benefit its own interests at the expense of those of the festival operating company – POD Music Ltd.
Electric Picnic promoter John Reynolds has claimed that “entirely unexplained” payments of more than €500,000 were put through the Electric Picnic operating company.
