Naughton, who is also CEO of UBM Connect, the division of UBMI that includes Music Week, Farmers Guardian and Travel Trade Gazette, takes up the new role in February. He will lead EMI's finance operations through its network of subsidiaries in 32 countries and will report to the company's CEO Elio Leoni-Sceti.
Leoni-Sceti says Naughton will be a valuable addition to EMI Music as it rolls out its global, consumer-focused strategy.
