End Of The Road Festival has had a staff shake-up, including the appointment of a new MD.

Lauren Down (pictured), who was festival manager, has been made managing director after just one year with the event. Rosanna Dean has also been promoted to operations manager, while Anna Mears, previously of Inside/Out, has joined as head of communications. 

Mears is also helping to develop the indie festival's artist management arm, which includes Ezra Furman.
