European Commission outlines Digital Single Market strategy to improve cross-border trade

The European Commission has outlined its Digital Single Market strategy, which will see the removal of barriers currently restricting cross-border trade in Europe.

The Juncker Commission's areas of concern are the affordability of delivery costs, complexity of VAT costs and the geo-blocking of content in certain territories while the same content is available in neighbouring EU countries.
