Finland's streaming income grows 38% in 2014

Finland experienced a sharp rise in music streaming in 2014, growing 38% to contribute €16m to the country's music business.

Digital sales now make up 51% of Finland's recorded music income - the highest share recorded yet, according to Music Business Worldwide.

Subscription streaming services rose 19.6% in value, earning €13.8m as opposed to 2013’s €11.5m.
