First cashless venue in the UK to open this month

The first cashless UK venue will soon open in Basingstoke.
Live music venue Stage in Basingstoke will be the first venue in the country where cash won’t be accepted behind the bar when it opens later this month.
All transactions will be carried out using radio frequency identification (RFID) payment technology or credit cards, which will still be accepted.
