Former EMI CEO to stand for election on Pandora's board

Former EMI CEO Roger Faxon (pictured) is to stand for election to sit on Pandora's board at its annual shareholders meeting on June 4 as two longtime investors stand down.

Meanwhile, chief executive of Toronto Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment and former AEG chief exec, Timothy J. Leiweke is joining the internet radio firm's board immediately.
