Frank Ocean has cancelled a number of shows across Europe including appearances at V Festival and Bestival.
Originally set to appear on V’s Arena Stage this Sunday (August 18) and at Bestival in September, Ocean posted the following statement via the organisers of Way Out West festival in Goteborg on Saturday.
"Let me start by saying I feel like an asshole right now but a tough decision had to be made in regard to my schedule over the next months,” said Ocean.
"The casualties of that decision include my appearances at upcoming festivals in Europe and my opening slot of the European leg of the Coldplay world tour.
"I'll be back if you'll have me."
Way Out West said: “Frank Ocean has just informed us that he will be unable to perform this evening at Way Out West. Both Frank Ocean and we hoped for the best, but unfortunately he will not be performing.”
