Organised by Able2 UK founder Howard Thorpe, promoted by Metropolis Music and Coda Agency, money raised from the concert will be handed out to music promoters and venues across the UK to improve on their facilities for those with disabilities and improving on their disability friendly areas.
Turner (plus mystery guests who will be announced in due course) joins previously confirmed artists Miles Kane and Steve Cradock from Ocean Colour Scene.
Thorpe said: "To have such a line-up of this calibre is a dream come true and will be the perfect way to launch what I hope will become an annual event promoting disabled awareness."
Advance ticket price is £30.00 and will go on sale at 9am on Friday June 29 from See Tickets, Ticketmaster and the Roundhouse box office.
