Back in August, a German court rejected GEMA's request for a preliminary injunction against YouTube. In May, GEMA had demanded the removal of around 600 works from YouTube after year-long licensing talks broke down.
GEMA is reported to be seeking a per-play royalty for each online video but YouTube had been proposing a revenue-sharing deal.
