Glastonbury licence extended until 2024

Glastonbury festival has been granted a 10-year licence extension by Mendip District Council.

BBC News Somerset reports that the council received no opposition to the licence, which now runs up to 2024, and that it "saw no reason not to grant the festival its new licence".
