Global Entertainment has made its first UK acquisition by securing a “significant strategic stake” in UK-based promoter Broadwick Live.
Broadwick Live stages music festivals such as Austria’s Snowbombing and Festival No.6 in Wales, as well as branded music events such as the Bacardi Triangle.
The company will continue to operate independently, working closely with Global Live, the live touring and festival promotion arm of Ashley Tabor’s media and entertainment firm.
