Global Radio has recruited James Hickman from digital broadcaster The Perform Group to become its director of digital.
Hickman will oversee all of the websites for the UK's leading commercial group and head a team of 50 people, reporting into Global Group CEO Stephen Miron. The websites currently have more than 6 million unique users and Global apps have been downloaded 10 million times.
