Global Radio's appeal against a requirement to divest radio stations to complete its acquisition of Real and Smooth Limited has been rejected by the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
The Competition Commission ruled in May this year that Global must sell stations in seven areas of the UK following its acquisition of Real and Smooth Limited for £70 million in June 2012.
