Google, Warner invest in Lyor Cohen's new entertainment company

Lyor Cohen, former Warner Music Group CEO, has secured Google as an investor for his new music company.

Billboard reports that the new venture - an artist development and label business - will be based in New York, and sources suggest that distribution will be carried out by Atlantic Records, pulling from major resources but acting as an indie.
