Grooveshark launches free music data tool Beluga

By combining market research with listening activity and opt-in information provided by Grooveshark's 20 million monthly worldwide users, the analytics tool produces a picture of any artist's fanbase.

Danika Azzarelli, Grooveshark's senior director of public relations said: "Beluga is the next-tier of music insights. Basically, it allows anyone in the entire world to view data about any artist and market research based on surveys on the Grooveshark platform."
