He takes up the position later this month, reporting to Warner Music Asia Pacific CEO Lachie Rutherford.
The role includes responsibility for Warner Music Australia and its divisions, including artist services company Peppermint Blue. Warner Music New Zealand general manager Phil Howling will also report to Harlow.
